Fred Goodwin spent more than 40 years in the construction industry. He has years of experience in both residential and commercial construction as a contractor. She has worked in residential, commercial, and multi-family sales and leasing. Fran’s range of experience goes from working with first-time home buyers, to providing property analysis for large commercial investments. Her experience in banking and economic development brings an added strength to your real estate negotiations and transaction management.
